Unveiling the Premier Configuration of High Mast Lighting:

1. Cut from high-strength steel plates, the poles are typically dodecagonal or octagonal conical shapes. These robust structures, expertly crafted through cutting, bending, and automatic welding, boast heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second, they stand as paragons of engineering excellence.

2. Beyond mere functionality, our frameworks incorporate decorative materials predominantly comprised of steel. Both the steel pipes and lamp posts are meticulously hot-dip galvanized, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of innovation, featuring an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. This system, integrated within the lamp post, offers a seamless lifting speed ranging between 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. Our guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains steady during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is ingeniously designed to be automatically secured and locked by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with an array of 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W variants. These include metal halide (white light) lamps and floodlights. An advanced computer time controller manages the switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. Lightning protection is paramount. The top of each lamp features a 1.5-meter lightning rod,

while the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter long grounding wire, seamlessly welded with the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Mast Lamps
High mast lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The height of the lifting main pole generally exceeds 18 meters, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it can automatically detach, securely hang in the trench, and unload the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole lamp features both manual and electric control modes, allowing the lamp tray to be
safely and reliably lowered to within 2.5 meters of the ground for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to safely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also fitted with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is in the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket and the other end to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for easy maintenance and overhauling of the lamps.
All lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the bulb's service life. The lamps are typically crafted from materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
