Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precise cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Available heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework utilizes decorative materials, primarily steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability and aesthetics.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. The internal mechanism allows a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring stable, transverse movement-free lifting. Once the lamp plate is in position, it automatically descends and locks securely with a hook. .during the lifting process. When the lamp plate is in place, the lamp plate can be automatically dropped and locked by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options for 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light) lamps and floodlights. A computer time controller offers automated switching, partial lighting, or full illumination control.

6. The lightning protection system is equipped with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and 1-meter long grounding wires welded with the underground bolt, ensuring robust protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole usually exceeds 18 meters in height, making electric lifting operations highly convenient. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is designed with both manual and electric lifting control modes, facilitating the lowering of the lamp tray.
This allows the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring the operator’s personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate height, one end of this cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for the lamp tray to be directly powered for maintenance and overhaul.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain from entering, thus extending the bulb's service life. The materials used are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
