The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high strength steel plates through cutting, bending,and automatic welding. The general height options are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design up to 60 meters per second.

2. In its functional framework, decorative materials are predominantly steel. Steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute is maintained.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process.Once the lamp plate is positioned, it can be automatically lowered and locked in place by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light) lamps, and floodlights.A computer time controller can automatically manage the switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as required.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation includes 1.1-meter-long grounding wires, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Detailed Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The height for lifting main poles usually exceeds 18 meters, making the electric lifting operation incredibly convenient. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can automatically detach, hang securely in the trench, and the wire rope is safely unloaded.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray to be
safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground level, ensuring effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring their personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps are equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered appropriately, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct electrical supply to the tray, facilitating convenient maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. Typically constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials provide excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
