Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The shape is often dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are cut and bent.These poles undergo automatic welding, with general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, decorative elements are primarily made of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.The interior of the lamp post facilitates a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during lifting..Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically drops and locks securely by a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system can be equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight.A computer time controller enables automatic control of switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination.

6. Lightning protection includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.

Additionally, the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, which is welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and offer convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and unloads the wire rope seamlessly.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts two lifting control modes: manual and electric. This dual system ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring personal safety.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the correct position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct power supply to the lamp tray, enabling seamless maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration. This ensures a long service life for the bulbs. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, chosen for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
