Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending, automatic welding. The general height options include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials primarily include steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all of which undergo hot dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope, and cable. It features an internal lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable with no transverse movement.during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its position, it can automatically lock into place and be securely held by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system can be equipped with 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light) options and floodlights. A computer time controller enables automatic switching, part lighting, or full illumination.

6. Lightning protection system: the lamp top is fitted with a 1.5 meter long lightning rod,

and the underground foundation is equipped with one 1 meter long grounding wire, welded with the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High mast lights can be broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Typically, the lifting type stands at heights exceeding 18 meters and offers convenient electric lifting operations. Once raised to its operational height, the lamp tray automatically detaches and secures itself, allowing for easy rope management and unloading.
The lifting-type high pole lamp boasts dual lifting control modes-manual and electric-ensuring flexible and efficient operations. The lamp tray can safely and reliably be brought down to 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance.
For enhanced operator safety, the manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling remote lifting control from a distance of up to 5 meters. This ensures utmost personal safety while performing maintenance tasks.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a convenient height, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system, while the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct power supply and seamless maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns on the lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress. This significantly enhances the longevity of the bulbs. The lamps are generally constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
