1. The design boasts either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending, and precision automatic welding. Towering heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, coupled with a resilient wind resistance design up to 60 meters per second, make it a marvel of engineering.

2. Emphasizing both function and aesthetics, the framework incorporates prime decorative materials, mainly steel and steel pipe. The lamp post and lamp plate undergo hot dip galvanizing for enduring durability.

3. Our advanced electric lifting system features a powerful motor, a robust winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The system ensures a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, with components safely housed inside the lamp post.

4. The guiding and unloading mechanism, comprising guide wheels and a guide arm, guarantees the stability of the lamp plate during the lifting process,ensuring it remains securely locked in place upon reaching the designated height.

5. Our lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight options. With a computer time controller, users can automatically manage switching times, opt for partial lighting, or achieve full illumination effortlessly.

6. Equipped with a robust lightning protection system, the lamp top features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod,

complemented by a subterranean foundation fitted with a 1-meter grounding wire, seamlessly welded to the underground bolt for ultimate safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps can be broadly divided into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole generally exceeds 18 meters in height, facilitating an effortless electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it conveniently detaches automatically, hangs securely in place, and the wire rope is seamlessly unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is ingeniously designed with dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This versatility ensures that the lamp tray can be
safely and reliably lowered to a manageable height of 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel's elevation from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus prioritizing operator safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come equipped with a spare cable for added reliability. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct electricity supply to the tray, enabling easy maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns for lift-type high-pole lamps adheres to the IP65 international standard, ensuring superior protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The construction materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
