Optimal Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, constructed from high-strength steel plates that are precisely cut and bent,seamlessly welded. The standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed to withstand maximum wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework is complemented with decorative elements, primarily using steel and steel pipes. Both the lamp post and lamp plate undergo hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. An advanced electric lifting system is integrated, comprised of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute for efficient operations.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure precise lateral stability of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Once positioned, the lamp plate can automatically drop and lock securely using the integrated hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, available in metal halide (white light), lights, and floodlights.A sophisticated computer time controller allows for automated control of switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as required,

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
High-pole lamps can be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting-type poles typically exceed 18 meters in height, offering effortless electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray reaches its operational position, it automatically detaches and hangs securely, allowing the wire rope to be safely unloaded.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp features dual control modes—manual and electric—allowing seamless control over the lamp tray for optimal convenience.
Engineered for safety and ease, the lamp tray can be reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating hassle-free maintenance. With a 10-meter lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, operators can effortlessly manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring their personal safety.
To enhance operational reliability, each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate level, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling a direct power supply for maintenance and overhaul.
Designed to endure the elements, all lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, providing exceptional protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. These lamps are crafted from premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
