Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually takes the form of a dodecagon or an octagonal conical pole, forged from high-strength steel plates. These are meticulously cut, bent,and welded automatically. The general heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand maximum wind resistance speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally, the framework integrates decorative materials, primarily steel. Essential components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system utilizes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains steady during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it is automatically secured by a hook, preventing any transverse movement.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), providing both spotlight and floodlight options.A computer time controller automates the switching times, allowing for part or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter lightning rod situated at the lamp top,

and an underground foundation equipped with 1-meter grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
These high pole lamps come in two primary types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type generally features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, making the electric lifting operation both practical and efficient. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational height, it securely detaches and hangs in place, allowing the wire rope to be safely removed.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is equipped with dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This flexibility ensures that the lamp tray can be
lowered safely and reliably to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lifting process from a 5-meter distance, thus ensuring their safety.
Moreover, each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of this cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This design allows for direct power supply to the tray, enabling seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps boast an impressive IP65 sealing grade, adhering to international standards to protect against dust and rain, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer exceptional corrosion resistance and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
