The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate, meticulously cut, bent,and automatically welded. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, the framework utilizes steel, steel pipes, and decorative materials. Lamp posts and plates are hot-dip galvanized for longevity.
3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Within the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring guide wheels and arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable during elevation.Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically locks into place via a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system can be outfitted with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. Options include metal halide (white light), standard lighting, and floodlights.A computer time controller manages the switching time, offering the flexibility of partial or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,
and an underground foundation equipped with a 1-meter grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt.

The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
