3. The electric lifting system is a powerhouse, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable.Nestled inside the lamp post is a mechanism allowing for a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains steady..During elevation, the lamp plate can be automatically secured and locked into place by a hook when it reaches its destination.
5. The lighting electrical system is a symphony of 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W or 1000 W, featuring brilliant metal halide for white light or floodlighting.A sophisticated computer time controller automates the switching, enabling either part or full illumination as needed.

Classification of high pole lamps
These functional units are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole, often exceeding 18m in height, offers the convenience of electric lift operation.
Upon reaching the desired position, the lamp tray seamlessly detaches and secures itself in place, allowing for easy wire rope disconnection.
The lifting type high-pole lamp innovatively provides both manual and electric control modes, ensuring the lamp tray can be safely lowered to a maintenance-friendly height of 2.5 meters above ground.
Operators benefit from a 10m lead-out wire for manual remote control, allowing safe oversight from a secure 5m distance as they manage the lamp panel's elevation.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is thoughtfully equipped with a spare cable. When lowered to the proper position, it seamlessly connects to the electrical system to power the lamps, facilitating maintenance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
