The Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The shape typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precision cut and bent,then automatically welded. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design accommodating speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Designed for both functionality and aesthetics, the structure primarily uses steel materials. Steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism provides a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system employs a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate remains stable without lateral movement.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks into place with a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, using metal halide (white light) for both spot and floodlighting.A computer time controller can automate the switching, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,
with 1-meter-long grounding wires welded to the underground bolt for secure grounding.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
These can be divided into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically exceed 18m in height and feature convenient electric lifting operations. The lamp tray can automatically detach and secure itself once raised to its working position, unloading the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control modes, ensuring the lamp tray
can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lifting from a safe 5m distance.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When lowered to a suitable position, one end of the cable is plugged into the electrical control socket and the other into the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for easy maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising the bulb's lifespan. The materials used are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
