Discover the unparalleled configuration of our high mast light:
1. The meticulously crafted poles are available in dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, formed from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent, then seamlessly welded using advanced automatic welding techniques. These structures typically stand at impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters/second.
2. Designed not just for function but also for aesthetic appeal, our framework incorporates premium steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all protected by hot dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Internally, the lamp post boasts a remarkable lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. Our guiding and unloading system, composed of precision-engineered guide wheels and guide arms, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway horizontally.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is securely locked in place by an automatic hook system.
5. The advanced lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, featuring metal halide (white light) options for both spotlight and floodlight applications. Our state-of-the-art computer time controller ensures seamless automatic control of lighting schedules, enabling both partial and full illumination settings,
6. The lightning protection system is second to none, outfitted with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,
and a 1-meter long grounding wire securely welded to the underground bolt, ensuring maximum safety and durability.
Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can generally be divided into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting high poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and feature convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and allows the wire rope to be safely removed.
Our lifting type high-pole lamp is engineered with two modes of operation, both manual and electric, ensuring versatile control over the lamp tray.
Designed for easy maintenance, the lamp tray of the lifting type high-pole lamp can be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to lift or lower the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their safety.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the socket of the electrical control system, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This configuration allows direct electricity supply to the lamp tray, facilitating effortless maintenance and overhaul of lamps and lighting fixtures.
To safeguard against environmental elements, the lift-type high-pole lamp boasts an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising the service life of the bulb. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
