Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The design typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates which are expertly cut and bent.Utilizing automatic welding, these structures usually stand majestically at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand maximum wind resistance speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The framework is not only functional but also ornamental, with primary materials like steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all treated with hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of robust hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a sophisticated lifting mechanism facilitates a smooth ascent at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is ingeniously designed with guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains stable, free from transverse movement.during the elevation process. Once the lamp plate reaches its destination, it is effortlessly locked into place with an automatic drop and hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system can be equipped with between 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, featuring metal halide (white light) technology for both spot and floodlighting applications.A computer time controller adds convenience by automatically managing the lighting schedule, allowing for part lighting or full brilliance as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is top-notch, with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod mounted at the peak,

while the foundation is fortified with 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to underground bolts for reliable safety.

Our high pole lamps are predominantly divided into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles, towering at over 18 meters, facilitate seamless electric lifting operations. Once elevated, the lamp tray cleverly detaches and secures itself in position, ensuring efficient and hassle-free service.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes, both manual and electric, streamlining the process of maneuvering the lamp tray.
This design allows the safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to just 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance tasks. With a 10-meter-length lead-out wire on the manual remote control, operators can safely manage the lamp panel's lifting from a 5-meter distance, thereby enhancing operator safety.
Our lift-type high-pole lamp is furnished with a spare cable for additional security. As the lamp tray is gently lowered, one cable end is connected to the electrical control system socket, while the other links to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance and inspection.
The lamps and lanterns of our lift-type high-pole lamp are equipped with an IP65 international standard sealing grade. This ensures protection against dust and rain, substantially extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, promising durability and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
