Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending, automatic welding. The general heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, the primary materials are decorative and structural steel, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, the system ensures a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without any transverse movement. .During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically lowered and securely locked by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight. A computer time controller is included to automate switching times and manage partial or full illumination.

6. In terms of lightning protection, the lamp top is equipped with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

and the underground foundation includes a 1-meter-long grounding wire welded to the underground bolt for added safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
The high pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting types and non-lifting types. The height of the lifting main pole typically exceeds 18m, allowing for effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can automatically detach and hang securely in the designated ditch, while the wire rope is disengaged.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This configuration ensures that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a position 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device is equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely control the lifting mechanism from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring the operator's personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also fitted with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable is inserted into the electrical control system socket while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct electricity supply and ease of maintenance for the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns on the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard sealing grade, preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thus extending the service life of the bulb. The materials used in these lamps and lanterns are primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
