The exceptional configuration of our high mast light:
1. The design typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through meticulous cutting and bending processes,followed by precision automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to structural functionality, these lights incorporate decorative elements, primarily utilizing steel, steel pipes, with lamp posts and plates fully hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system includes a powerful motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables for reliable operation.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism enables a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during lifting.Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it is automatically secured and locked in place by a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, each ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light) lamps, designed for both spotlighting and floodlighting.A sophisticated computer time controller allows automatic management of switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as needed,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically features a main pole height exceeding 18m, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Upon reaching the designated working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach, hang securely in the ditch, and release the wire rope for easy maintenance.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes—manual and electric—ensuring that the lamp tray
can be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks. With a 10m lead-out wire on the manual remote control device, operators can safely control the lamp panel's lifting and lowering from a distance of 5m, thereby guaranteeing their personal safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket while the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray. This direct power supply facilitates straightforward maintenance and repair of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp boast a sealing grade of IP65 international standard, offering robust protection against dust and rain, thereby enhancing the bulb's service life. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials provide excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability and performance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
