2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, the materials used predominantly include steel and steel pipe, with the lamp post and lamp plate undergoing hot dip galvanization for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. This system supports a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, all carefully installed within the lamp post.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically lowered and securely locked into place by a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight options. A computer time controller efficiently manages switching times, allowing for partial lighting or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5 meters long lightning rod at the top of the lamp, coupled with 1-meter long grounding wires embedded underground and welded to the underground bolt for robust protection.
Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are typically divided into two categories: lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole usually exceeds 18 meters in height and features an electric lifting mechanism for ease of operation. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope disengages effortlessly.
Our lifting-type high-pole lamps offer dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This design allows the lamp tray to be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above the ground, making maintenance convenient and straightforward.
Equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, operators can control the lifting mechanism from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their safety while operating the lamp panel.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes an additional spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the maintenance position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for easy maintenance and repair of the lamps.
Designed to meet the IP65 international standard, our lift-type high-pole lamps are sealed to prevent dust and rain from entering, thereby extending the lifespan of the bulbs. The fixtures are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance for long-lasting durability.
