The Configuration of the High Mast Light:
1. Crafted in distinctive dodecagon or octagonal conical designs, these poles are engineered from high-strength steel plates that have undergone precision cutting, meticulous bending,and automatic welding. Available heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a remarkable wind resistance capacity designed to withstand up to 60 meters per second.
2. While primarily a functional framework, the decorative elements of these high mast lights are also predominant, featuring materials like steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all treated with hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability.
3. The advanced electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Within the lamp post, a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute ensures smooth operation.
4. The reliable guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, designed to maintain stability and prevent transverse movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically descends and locks securely in place using a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400 W or 1000 W. These are available in metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight configurations.A computer time controller offers automated management of the switch timing, allowing for either partial lighting or full illumination,
6. For safety and protection, a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod is mounted at the top of the lamp,
while the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter-long grounding wires, seamlessly welded with the underground bolt for enhanced stability.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
These can be broadly divided into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting variant generally exceeds 18m in height and offers convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it can automatically detach, secure itself in a ditch, and the wire rope is efficiently released.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual control modes, both manual and electric, to safely and reliably lower the lamp tray
to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to remotely manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5m distance, ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, this lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. Once the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply and facilitating maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard, providing a sealing grade that prevents dust and rain intrusion, thus prolonging the bulb's service life. These fixtures are crafted from materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their outstanding corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
