1. Our poles are crafted in striking dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, engineered from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Towering at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, they boast a phenomenal wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.
2. While functional at their core, these structures are also aesthetically pleasing, adorned with decorative elements primarily made of steel. From steel pipes to lamp posts, each component undergoes a robust hot dip galvanizing process.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.This system allows for an efficient lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.
4. Our guiding and unloading system ensures stability and precision. Comprising guide wheels and guide arms, it prevents any lateral movement of the lamp plate.During the lift, the lamp plate is secured and automatically locks into place with a hook once positioned at its destination.

Our lighting electrical system is remarkably versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options for 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light) bulbs, including spotlights and floodlights.Empowered with a computer time controller, it offers automated control over switching times and can adjust between partial or full illumination,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically exceed 18m, offering the convenience of electric elevation. Once elevated, the lamp tray detaches and secures effortlessly.
The lifting system is designed with dual control options, manual and electric, to safely lower the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above ground for hassle-free maintenance.
A 10-meter lead-out wire enhances safety, allowing remote operation of the lamp panel from a 5-meter distance, ensuring operator security at all times.
All lift-type high-pole lamps include a spare cable for direct power supply during maintenance. Simply plug one end into the control socket and the other into the junction box on the lamp tray for seamless operation.
Boasting an IP65 international standard seal, our lift-type high-pole lamps are impervious to dust and rain, prolonging bulb life. They're made from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.

The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.

The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
