The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending,automatic welding, the general height is 25m, 30m and 35, the maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters / second.

2. In the functional framework, but also to decorative materials mainly to steel, steel pipe, lamp post, lamp plate are hot dip galvanizing.

3. Electric lifting system consists of electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable and so on.The inside of the lamp post is mounted with a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is composed of guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate does not move transversely.during the lifting process. When the lamp plate is in place, the lamp plate can be automatically dropped and locked by the hook.

5. lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, 400 W, 1000 W, metal halide (white light), light and floodlight.The computer time controller can automatically control the switching time, part lighting or full illumination,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can generally be classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole usually exceeds a height of 18 meters and offers convenient electric lifting operation. Once raised to the designated working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach, hang securely, and the wire rope can be unloaded with ease.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes, allowing the lamp tray to be adjusted safely.
The lamp tray can be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above the ground for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel’s lifting mechanism from a 5-meter safe distance, ensuring operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the optimal position, one end of this cable is inserted into the socket of the electrical control system, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance of the lamps.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are typically made of aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.

6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
