Product Description

The superior configuration of our high mast light:
1. The design typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate that is cut, bent,and welded automatically. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance capacity designed to withstand speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, the use of decorative materials is emphasized, primarily employing steel, steel pipe, and hot-dip galvanized lamp posts and plates.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed mechanism operates at 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system incorporates a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains steady and doesn't move transverselyduring the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it can automatically lock into place with a hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps of 400W or 1000W, including metal halide (white light) lamps and floodlights.A computer time controller can automatically manage switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is equipped with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod.

The underground foundation features a 1-meter long grounding wire, welded securely to the underground bolt for added safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles usually exceed 18m in height, facilitating effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it securely detaches, hangs in the designated groove, and the wire rope can be effortlessly unloaded.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual modes of control: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray
can be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground level for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, allowing the operator to remotely manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a 5m distance, prioritizing operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate level, one end of the backup cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the lamp tray's junction box, ensuring direct power supply for maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp feature an IP65 international sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thus extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are predominantly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
