Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding, resulting in structures with general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed for maximum durability, these poles can withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Beyond functionality, our high mast lights incorporate decorative elements primarily using steel materials. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized for superior resistance to the elements.

3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, a durable winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. This sophisticated system achieves a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, meticulously designed to prevent lateral movement of the lamp plate during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks into place securely with a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W configurations, using metal halide bulbs (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. A computer time controller offers precise automation for switching times, partial or full illumination, elevating operational convenience.

6. The lightning protection system is meticulously designed, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod mounted at the top of the lamp.

The underground foundation is secured with a 1.1-meter long grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt to ensure robust protection against electrical surges.

Classification of High Mast Lighting Systems
These lighting systems are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting high mast poles generally exceed 18 meters in height and feature a user-friendly electric lifting mechanism. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it can automatically detach, secure itself in place, and release the wire rope.
Our lifting high mast lighting systems offer both manual and electric lifting control options, enabling the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground level for effortless maintenance.
The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to manage the lifting process from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, each lifting high mast lighting system includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a convenient position, one end of the cable inserts into the electrical control system socket, and the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, permitting direct power supply for easy maintenance.
All lighting units in our lift-type high mast systems meet the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion. The lamp components are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering superior corrosion resistance for prolonged service life.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
