Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. The plates undergo precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding. The general height options are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally superior yet aesthetically appealing, the framework is predominantly made of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.The internal mechanism of the lamp post allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it can be automatically secured and locked by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, supporting 6 to 24 lamps with power ratings of 400W to 1000W. It can accommodate metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller provides automated control over the switching time, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination,

6. The lightning protection system is robust, with the lamp top equipped with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod.

The underground foundation includes grounding wires that are 1 meter long and welded with the underground bolt to ensure maximum safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Typically, the height of a lifting main pole exceeds 18 meters, facilitating easy electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, securely hangs in the ditch, and the wire rope is effortlessly unloaded.
The lifting high-pole lamp is equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes. This dual functionality ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground, making maintenance a breeze. The manual remote control device has a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lifting from a distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, and the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance and overhaul of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in our lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamps and lanterns are constructed from premium materials, including aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
