Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, made from high-strength steel plate through cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework incorporates both utility and decorative elements, primarily using steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The system is installed inside the lamp post and achieves a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process. During the lifting process, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks into place using a hook when it reaches the desired position.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options. A computer time controller allows automatic control of switch times, partial lighting, or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.

The underground foundation features a 1-meter-long grounding wire, welded to the underground bolt for secure grounding.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
Our high pole lamps are generally categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main pole typically stands over 18 meters tall, ensuring a convenient electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray reaches its operational height, it automatically detaches and secures itself in position, allowing the wire rope to be safely removed.
Our lifting type high-pole lamps feature dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—providing unparalleled flexibility and convenience. The lamp tray can be lowered reliably to just 2.5 meters above ground level, making maintenance effortless.
To ensure ease of use and safety, the manual remote control device has a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters. This ensures the operator’s personal safety at all times.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable for added reliability. When the lamp tray is lowered to the correct position, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct electricity supply for maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in our lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, providing superior protection against dust and rain. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer excellent corrosion resistance, significantly prolonging the service life of the bulbs.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
