The advanced electric lifting system features a powerful electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope, offering seamless lifting capabilities.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient and smooth operation.

The guiding and unloading system is ingeniously designed with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and free from transverse movement during the entire lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it effortlessly unlatches and locks automatically using the hook, providing a secure and reliable fixture.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles usually exceed 18m in height, offering convenient electric lifting operations, where the lamp tray can be automatically detached, nested in the ditch, and the wire rope easily unloaded.
The lift-type high-pole lamps are equipped with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric, enabling the lamp tray to be safely and securely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for effortless maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5m, ensuring their safety and convenience.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one cable end is inserted into the electrical control system socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, providing direct power for maintenance and inspection of the lamps.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp are sealed to the IP65 international standard, safeguarding against dust and rain, thereby prolonging the bulb's service life. These components are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
