Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or an octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent,and then automatically welded. These poles generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m and are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework also includes decorative materials, primarily steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting system operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm that ensure the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically lowered and locked securely by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light) configurations, providing versatile lighting and floodlighting options.A computer time controller can automate the switching time, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter long grounding wires, welded securely with the underground bolts for optimal protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High-pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type usually features a main pole height exceeding 18m, facilitating easy electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to the working position, it can automatically detach, hang securely in the ditch, and the wire rope can be safely removed.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, ensuring easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m long lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel lifting from a 5m distance, thereby guaranteeing operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct power supply to the lamp tray for easy maintenance and overhaul.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thus prolonging bulb service life. The lamps and lanterns are typically made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, materials known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.

6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
