The pole is meticulously designed in either dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precision-cut and expertly bent,and then seamlessly joined through automatic welding. These poles typically stand at impressive heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m and are engineered to withstand wind resistance of up to a remarkable 60 meters per second.

2. While serving a functional purpose, our lamp poles also add a decorative touch. Constructed primarily from robust steel and steel pipes, both the lamp post and lamp plate undergo extensive hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, comprising a powerful electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes along with a robust cable.Inside the lamp post, the lifting system ensures a smooth operation with a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to maintain the lamp plate's stability, preventing any transverse movement.during lifting. Once in position, the lamp plate is securely locked in place by an automatic hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can be tailored to your needs, equipped with 6 to 24 lamps ranging in power from 400 W to 1000 W. Choose between metal halide (white light), spotlights, or floodlights for optimal illumination.Our advanced computer time controller allows for effortless automation, enabling you to schedule switching times and manage part or full illumination with ease.

6. Our state-of-the-art lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,

with the underground foundation fortified by a 1-meter-long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles typically exceed heights of 18 meters, making the electric lifting operation incredibly convenient. Once the lamp tray is raised to its operational height, it automatically detaches, securing itself into place, allowing the wire rope to be effortlessly unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control modes for raising and lowering the lamp tray.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, ensuring easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, providing a direct power supply for maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain from infiltrating and extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are typically made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
