High Mast Light Configuration:
1. Typically crafted in dodecagon or octagonal shapes, these conical poles are forged from high-strength steel plates through precise cutting, bending, and automated welding. Available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, they are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. The structural framework is not only functional but also aesthetically designed using steel and steel pipes. Every lamp post and plate undergoes hot-dip galvanization to ensure durability and longevity.
3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. This system is installed within the lamp post and achieves a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and arms, guarantees that the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift during the lifting process. Once in place, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by hooks.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. An advanced computer time controller enables automatic switching, offering options for partial or full illumination.
6. For lightning protection, the lamp top is fitted with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod,
and the underground foundation is equipped with a 1.1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can generally be divided into two main categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type features a main pole height typically exceeding 18 meters, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp comes equipped with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—offering versatile operational flexibility. This ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and efficiently lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device features a lead-out wire length of 10 meters, allowing the operator to control the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring personal safety.
Additionally, every lifting type high-pole lamp is fitted with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating straightforward maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lifting type high-pole lamp feature a sealing grade of IP65 international standard. This robust sealing prevents the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. Typically, the materials used for these lamps and lanterns include aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
