Exquisite Configuration of High Mast Lighting:
1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that have been expertly cut and bent.Precision automatic welding ensures stability, with common heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed to withstand exceptional wind resistance up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionality meets aesthetics with decorative elements primarily made of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system incorporates an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains steady without lateral movement. During the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it can be automatically secured and locked in place by the hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system accommodates between 6 and 24 lamps, with options for 400W and 1000W metal halide lights (white light), spotlight, and floodlight. A sophisticated computer time controller provides automatic control over switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. Advanced lightning protection system: Featuring a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and an underground foundation equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, seamlessly welded to the underground bolt for comprehensive protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
High pole lamps can be broadly classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The height of the lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, suspends securely in place, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This system ensures the lamp tray can be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter long lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct power supply and convenient maintenance of the lamps.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp is IP65, meeting international standards to prevent the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamp materials are generally made of aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
