Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending, automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design reaching up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials primarily include steel and steel pipes. The lamp post and lamp plate undergo hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains steady without lateral movement during the lifting process. During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is automatically dropped and securely locked by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light) lamps, ensuring both spotlight and floodlight capabilities. A computer time controller provides automatic control for switching times and supports partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod atop the lamp.

The underground foundation includes a 1-meter-long grounding wire welded to the underground bolt for effective grounding.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into two main types: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type typically features a main pole height of more than 18 meters and offers the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it can automatically detach, hang securely in the ditch, and the wire rope can be safely unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric lifting control modes, ensuring that the lamp tray can be
safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a lead-out wire length of 10 meters, allowing the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps are equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the intended position, one end of this cable is inserted into the socket of the electrical control system, and the other end into the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct electricity supply to the lamp tray, facilitating hassle-free maintenance and repairs of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp is IP65 international standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns typically include aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both of which offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
