2. Not just functional, these lights incorporate decorative elements, using primarily steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are protected with hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. An efficient electric lifting system powers these lights, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of resilient hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes alongside cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates smoothly at a speed ranging between 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable,.During the elevation process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can effortlessly drop and lock into place via an automatic hook mechanism.

Classification of high pole lamps
These can mainly be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically soar to heights exceeding 18m, offering the convenience of electric lifting. Once elevated to its operational position, the lamp tray automatically detaches, nestling safely in its docking, allowing the wire rope to be released.
The lifting high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes – manual and electric – ensuring the lamp tray can be safely and steadily lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground for effortless maintenance.
The manual remote control comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, empowering operators to safely conduct remote lifting operations from a distance of 5 meters, safeguarding personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. This allows the lamp tray, when lowered to a suitable position, to be directly connected to the electrical control system, facilitating immediate power supply and seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole category adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, ensuring they are impervious to dust and rain, thereby extending bulb longevity. Crafted from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, these fixtures boast excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
