Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design reaching up to 60 meters/second.

2. Functionally, the structure also employs decorative elements primarily made of steel. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Internally, the lamp post allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains steady during lifting.. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically drops and locks into place via a secure hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is designed to accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. Options include metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. A computer time controller manages automatic switching, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.

Additionally, the underground foundation is equipped with 1.1-meter long grounding wires, which are welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Mast Lamps
Our high mast lighting solutions can generally be divided into two categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, making electric lifting operations remarkably convenient. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated working position, it automatically detaches, securing itself in the designated slot, allowing the wire rope to be safely removed.
Featuring dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, our lifting type high mast lamp ensures that the lamp tray can
be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel's ascent and descent from a safe distance of up to 5 meters, thereby ensuring the operator's safety.
Each lift-type high mast lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket and the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct electricity supply for seamless maintenance and overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns in our lift-type high mast lighting solutions meets the IP65 international standard, safeguarding against dust and rain ingress, thus significantly extending the bulb's service life. The materials used are predominantly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their superior corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
