1. The design often features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent,and subjected to automatic welding. These impressive structures typically stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a remarkable wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, these high mast lights also incorporate decorative steel elements. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient and safe elevation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks in place using a secure hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is a powerhouse, fitted with 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. These include metal halide (white light) lamps, designed for both spot and floodlighting.An advanced computer time controller allows for automated control of the lighting schedule, including partial or full illumination as required.

6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp, while the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding wire,

securely welded to the underground bolt, providing comprehensive safety measures.

Detailed Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps can be broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles generally exceed heights of 18 meters, offering effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, securely hangs in the ditch, and the wire rope is safely unloaded.

Can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. With a 10-meter lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, operators can remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, the cable connects the electrical control system to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct power supply and convenient maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp possess an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration and prolonging bulb life. The construction materials used are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
