Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shapes are typically dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are cut, bent, and welded automatically. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The framework is both functional and decorative, primarily utilizing steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely.During the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically drops and locks securely via a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W options, using metal halide (white light) for both light and floodlight. A computer time controller manages automatic switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp.

The underground foundation features 1-meter long grounding wires, welded securely to the underground bolt to ensure stability and safety.

Detailed Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are primarily categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically exceed 18m in height, ensuring a seamless electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated position, it automatically detaches, secures in place, and releases the wire rope for optimal stability and functionality.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes—manual and electric—allowing meticulous adjustment of the lamp tray.
Engineered for safety and convenience, the lamp tray can be lowered securely to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel's movements from a safe 5m distance, thus ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable. As the lamp tray descends to an appropriate height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end integrates with the lamp tray junction box, ensuring direct power supply for efficient maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
Designed to withstand the elements, all lift-type high-pole lamps are IP65 certified, ensuring robust protection against dust and rain while extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, our lamps and lanterns promise durability and exceptional performance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
