1. The design features a striking dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate, precisely cut and skillfully bent,ensuring robust automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with impressive wind resistance capabilities designed to withstand up to 60 meters per second.
2. While structured for functionality, its aesthetic appeal is enhanced with decorative elements predominantly made of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all meticulously hot dip galvanized for durability.
3. The electric lifting system is ingeniously composed of an electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cable systems.The interior of the lamp post ensures a swift lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, guaranteeing efficiency.

The guiding and unloading system boasts a guide wheel and guide arm, expertly ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without sideways movement.During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically descends and securely locks into place with a specially designed hook.

Classification of high pole lamps
Typically, these lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole usually exceeds 18m in height, facilitating easy and convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working height, it smartly detaches and hangs securely in the ditch, and the wire rope is efficiently unloaded.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with dual control modes—manual and electric—for seamless lamp tray management.
It can be gracefully and safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to safely control the lamp panel lifting from a 5m distance, ensuring operator safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come with an auxiliary cable. When lowered to an appropriate position, this cable seamlessly connects one end to the electrical control system socket and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply and easy maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns meets the IP65 international standard, ensuring they are impervious to dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used are predominantly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
