Discover the Advanced Configuration of Our High Mast Lights:
1. Elegantly designed in dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, these structures are crafted from high-strength steel plates, meticulously cut, bent, and automatically welded. Available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, they boast a maximum wind resistance design that can withstand up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionality meets aesthetics with our decorative materials, primarily using steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot dip galvanized for superior durability.
3. Our electric lifting system features a robust electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, enabling a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, all housed within the lamp post.
4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without any transverse movement during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches the desired position, it automatically drops and locks securely in place via the integrated hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, with options for metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. The computer time controller allows automatic management of switching times, offering partial or full illumination.
6. For enhanced safety, our lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the lamp top,
complemented by a 1-meter grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles usually exceed 18 meters in height, providing the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, securely hangs in the groove, and the wire rope is easily unloaded.
Lifting-type high-pole lamps come with dual control modes, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel's lifting at a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety.
Each lifting-type high-pole lamp also includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and overhaul.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns of the lifting-type high-pole lamps adheres to the IP65 international standard, preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the bulb's service life. The materials used, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer excellent corrosion resistance.
