Configuration of the High Mast Light System:
1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are meticulously cut, bent, and welded automatically. Heights generally span 25m, 30m, or 35m, and are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. The functional framework boasts a decorative design, predominantly utilizing materials like steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system incorporates an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. This system ensures a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.
4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can automatically drop and lock into place via a hook system.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W options. These can be metal halide (white light), spotlights, or floodlights. A computer time controller offers automated switching, part lighting, or full illumination control.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top.
The underground foundation is secured with 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded to the underground bolt for comprehensive safety.
Comprehensive Data Sheet:
Detailed Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, providing seamless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its designated working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and the wire rope is released with ease.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is ingeniously designed with dual lifting control modes: manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
To be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to remotely control the lamp panel's elevation from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring utmost operator safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to an accessible position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct electricity supply and easy overhauls of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp is compliant with the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration and extending the bulb's service life. The materials used in the construction of lamps and lanterns comprise high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their exceptional corrosion resistance.
