The configuration of the high mast light boasts exceptional design and engineering:
1. The structure is typically designed with a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate through cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and up to 35m, with a maximum wind resistance engineered to withstand speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. The framework not only serves a functional role but is also aesthetically enhanced with steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate materials all hot dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute is achieved.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains steady during the lifting process,.When the lamp plate reaches its position, it is automatically secured and locked in place by a hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light) options and floodlights.A computer time controller enables automatic control of switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination,

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically stands at a height of over 18 meters, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it can automatically detach, secure itself in place, and release the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—enabling the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to remotely control the lamp panel's elevation from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring the operator's safety.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the tray is lowered to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance and repairs.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing standard to prevent dust and rain infiltration, enhancing the bulb's lifespan. The lamps and lanterns are typically made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
