1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent.Automatic welding ensures durability, with standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand winds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functional and decorative, these lights use primarily steel materials. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced longevity.
3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guidance and unloading system uses a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during lifting.. Once the lamp plate is in position, it is automatically secured and locked in place by the hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light) configurations, as well as floodlight options.The computer time controller allows for automatic control of switching times, enabling either partial or full illumination.
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top.
The underground foundation is secured with 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded to the underground bolt for comprehensive protection.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can generally be categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and offer convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it can automatically detach, hang in the ditch, and the wire rope can be effortlessly unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is equipped with dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray to be adjusted with ease.
For maintenance ease, the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a 5-meter distance, ensuring personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of the cable is connected to the socket of the electrical control system while the other end is linked to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct electricity supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns on the lift-type high-pole lamp meets the IP65 international standard, preventing dust and rain ingress and extending bulb service life. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are generally aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
