Product Description

High Mast Light Configuration:
1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate through cutting, bending,and automatic welding processes. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally, as well as decoratively, the framework mainly utilizes steel. Components such as the lamp post, steel pipe, and lamp plate undergo hot dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable during the liftingprocess. Once raised, the lamp plate automatically engages with hooks, securing it in place.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including both metal halide (white light) and floodlights. A computer time controller automates switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. For lightning protection, a 1.5-meter lightning rod is installed at the top, and the underground foundation includes 1-meter-long grounding wires,

welded to the underground bolts for enhanced safety.

High Mast Lighting: A Detailed Classification
Our high pole lamps can generally be divided into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting poles typically exceed 18m in height, allowing for swift and effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it automatically detaches, securely hanging in place while the wire rope is effortlessly disengaged.
Equipped with dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, the lifting type high-pole lamp ensures seamless operation. The lamp tray’s ease of accessibility ensures smooth and safe lowering down to 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance tasks.
For enhanced safety and convenience, the manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire. This enables operators to remotely manage the lamp panel’s lifting and lowering from a safe 5m distance, safeguarding personal wellbeing.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp is furnished with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end links to the lamp tray’s junction box. This configuration allows for immediate power supply to the tray, facilitating effortless lamp and lantern maintenance.
The lift-type high-pole lamp boasts an impressive IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the lifespan of the bulbs. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps and lanterns offer superior corrosion resistance, guaranteeing durability and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
