4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a precision-engineered guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains steady without lateral movement.as it ascends or descends. Upon reaching the desired position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked in place by the hook.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
They are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles exceed 18m in height, and their electric lifting operation is notably convenient. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray smartly detaches and secures into place, allowing the wire rope to be efficiently unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp supports both manual and electric control modes for lifting,
ensuring it can be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel lifting from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps feature a backup cable system. When lowered to the appropriate position, one end connects to the electrical control system socket while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for inspection or maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of the lift-type high-pole lamp is IP65, meeting international standards to protect against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. Materials used for lamps and lanterns typically include aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, prized for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
