1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, expertly crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding. The general heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind resistance of up to 60 meters per second.
2. In its functional framework, decorative materials predominantly feature steel. Components like steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all treated with hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

The electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly comprising an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes along with a cable.The interior of the lamp post is equipped to facilitate a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, designed to prevent lateral movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Achieving precise positioning, the lamp plate can be automatically lowered and securely locked by a hook when in place.

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
These lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically features a main pole height of over 18m, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its operational position, it can automatically detach and secure itself, ensuring the wire rope is released.
The lifting high-pole lamp is designed with dual control modes: manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level for maintenance. With a 10m lead-out wire, the manual remote control enables operation from a 5m distance, promoting operator safety.
This versatile lift-type high-pole lamp also includes a backup cable. When the tray is lowered to a suitable position, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the tray, ensuring direct power supply for maintenance.
All lamp and lantern components of the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international sealing standard, guarding against dust and rain intrusion to extend bulb life. The materials used are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
