Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent,then automatically welded. These poles generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials are primarily steel. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute is maintained.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains steady during the lifting process.Once the lamp plate is in place, it automatically drops and locks securely using a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W, 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options.An advanced computer time controller can automatically manage lighting schedules, offering options for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation is outfitted with 1-meter-long grounding wires, which are welded to the underground bolt for added safety and stability.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type usually stands taller than 18 meters and is equipped with an electric lifting mechanism for convenience. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational height, it seamlessly detaches and secures itself in place, allowing the wire rope to be tension-free.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual control modes: manual and electric. This dual mechanism ensures the lamp tray can be raised or lowered safely and effortlessly.
For ease of maintenance, the lamp tray can be securely descended to 2.5 meters above ground level. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead wire, enabling the operator to manage the lamp panel's positioning from a safe 5-meter distance, thus ensuring optimal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is outfitted with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, and the other end attaches to the lamp tray's junction box. This setup ensures uninterrupted power supply, facilitating seamless maintenance.
The lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, providing robust protection against dust and rain, significantly extending the lifespan of the bulbs. The fixtures are crafted from premium materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
