Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The structures typically boast a dodecagonal or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates.These plates undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding to achieve soaring heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed with the resilience to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework, while primarily practical, is adorned with steel, steel pipe, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are enhanced with hot dip galvanization for longevity and aesthetics.

3. The electric lifting system is ingeniously composed of an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope and cables.Inside the lamp post, this mechanism allows for a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency and precision.

4. The guiding and unloading system, with its guide wheel and guide arm, is essential for maintaining the stability of the lamp plate, preventing any sideways movement..During lifting, the ingenious mechanism ensures the lamp plate can be smoothly lowered and securely locked into place by an automatic hook once it reaches its destination.

5. The lighting electrical system is impressively designed to accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400 W and 1000 W metal halide lamps, offering both white light and floodlight capabilities.A sophisticated computer time controller provides seamless automatic control over lighting schedules, allowing for partial or full illumination depending on needs.

6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp.

Additionally, the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt, offering comprehensive protection.

With a towering height typically exceeding 18 meters, the lifting main pole boasts a seamless electric lifting operation. Once elevated to its prime working position, the lamp tray ingeniously detaches, elegantly hanging within the ditch, and effortlessly releasing the wire rope, ensuring a smooth operation.

Descends gracefully and securely to just 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with an extended 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to confidently manage the lamp panel’s ascent and descent from a safe 5-meter distance, prioritizing personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is thoughtfully equipped with an auxiliary cable. As the lamp tray is gently lowered to an optimal position, one end of this cable connects seamlessly to the electrical control system socket, while the other integrates with the lamp tray's junction box. This ensures a direct power supply to the lamp tray, enabling thorough maintenance and inspection of the lighting system.
Boasting an IP65 international standard sealing grade, each lamp and fixture in our lift-type high-pole collection is fortified against the intrusion of dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb’s longevity. Constructed with premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps exemplify outstanding corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
