Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light is meticulously designed to ensure optimal performance and durability:
1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo precision cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. The poles generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, these poles boast decorative elements primarily constructed from steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all treated with hot dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system is robust, comprising an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.The system enables a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency and safety.

4. The guiding and unloading system is expertly designed with guide wheels and guide arms to prevent transverse movement of the lamp plateduring the lifting process. Upon reaching the desired height, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked in place by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, with power options of 400 W or 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.An advanced computer time controller enhances functionality by automating the switching times and allowing for partial or full illumination control.

6. The lightning protection system is thorough, featuring a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and a foundational grounding system with 1-meter-long grounding wires securely welded to the underground bolts for maximum safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type, typically over 18 meters in height, offers the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated position, it automatically detaches, securely hanging in the groove, with the wire rope disengaged.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features both manual and electric control options for raising and lowering the lamp tray.
This system ensures that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters for maintenance. It includes a 10-meter long lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, allowing operators to control the lifting and lowering from a safe distance of up to 5 meters, ensuring their safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp comes with an emergency cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, the cable connects the electrical control system to the junction box on the tray, enabling direct power supply for easy maintenance and repair of the lamps.
All lift-type high-pole lamps feature a sealing grade of IP65, adhering to international standards to prevent dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps are constructed from high-quality materials, such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
