The advanced configuration of our high mast light:
1. The structural design typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precise cutting and bending processes, utilizing automatic welding techniques. These poles generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, incorporating decorative materials primarily made of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and efficient elevation.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a reliable hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, offering 400W and 1000W options with metal halide (white light) for both light and floodlight purposes.A computer time controller facilitates automatic switching, allowing for either partial lighting or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system is meticulously designed with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,
and the underground foundation integrates a 1-meter long grounding wire welded securely to the underground bolt for robust protection.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type typically features a main pole height exceeding 18m, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs in the ditch, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp includes both manual and electric control modes, allowing the lamp tray to be safely and efficiently lowered.
This design ensures the lamp tray can be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground level, making maintenance a breeze. The lead-out wire of the manual remote control device is 10m long, enabling operators to control the lamp panel's lifting from a 5m distance, thereby ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to a suitable position, one end of the cable plugs into the socket of the electrical control system, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 sealing grade, adhering to international standards that prevent dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending the bulb's service life. These lamps are typically constructed from corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel.
