The configuration of high mast light:
1. Expertly crafted, the high mast light comes in either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole shape, constructed from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut, bent,and automatically welded. Typically reaching heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these structures are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Not just functional, these lights are also aesthetic, featuring decorative materials primarily in steel. The components, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, undergo hot dip galvanization for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is robust, incorporating an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed is configured to a smooth 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. Ensuring stability, the guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm that prevents any lateral movement.during the lifting process. Upon reaching its position, the lamp plate is designed to automatically drop and securely lock into place with a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. It supports metal halide (white light), spotlight and floodlight options.A computer time controller offers seamless automation, managing switching times and providing options for partial or full illumination.
6. The sophisticated lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
while the underground foundation is secured with 1-meter long grounding wires, intricately welded to the underground bolts.

Classification of high pole lamps
These magnificent structures are classified into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting types typically exceed heights of 18m for effortless electric lifting operations. Once elevated, the lamp tray can seamlessly detach, hang in the groove, and the wire rope can be skillfully unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes – manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to gently descend to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. A 10-meter lead-out wire for manual remote control ensures safe operation from a distance of 5m.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is thoughtfully equipped with a spare cable. Once the tray is lowered, the cable connects effortlessly from the electrical control system socket to the tray's junction box, providing uninterrupted power for smooth maintenance.
With an IP65 international standard sealing grade, these lamps and lanterns resist dust and rain, ensuring longevity. They are crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
