Discover the advanced configuration of our high mast lights, engineered for peak performance and durability:
1. Our poles are crafted into dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes using high-strength steel plates. After precise cutting and bending,they undergo automatic welding. These structures are available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Beyond functionality, our frameworks incorporate decorative elements and are made primarily from steel. Each lamp post, along with the lamp plate, undergoes rigorous hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system is composed of a robust electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring quick and efficient adjustments.

4. Our guiding and unloading mechanism features a guide wheel and guide arm, preventing any transverse movement of the lamp plate.during lifting. Upon reaching the desired height, the lamp plate automatically locks into place with precision hooks.

5. The electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), suitable for both spot and floodlighting. The integrated computer time controller enables automated switching, allowing for partial or full illumination based on your needs.

6. For lightning protection, each lamp top is fitted with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod.

The underground foundation includes one-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolts for maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting main poles usually exceed 18 meters in height and are equipped with an electric lifting mechanism for effortless operation. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs in the groove, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual control modes—manual and electric—allowing seamless operation for the lamp tray.
Designed for safety and convenience, the lifting mechanism allows the lamp tray to be lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply for maintenance and inspection.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp conform to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The construction materials, primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are selected for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
