The sophisticated configuration of our high mast light:
1. The design features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are precision-cut, bent,and undergo automatic welding, reaching impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and even 35m. They are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust and aesthetically appealing, the framework utilizes decorative materials primarily comprising steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all hot-dip galvanized for longevity.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.This system achieves a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable during lifting,.Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it is secured automatically by a hook that drops and locks it in place.

5. The lighting electrical system can be equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both spot and floodlighting.A computer time controller offers the convenience of automatic switching, allowing for part-time lighting or full illumination as required.

6. The lightning protection system is meticulously designed with a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top,

and a 1-meter grounding wire embedded in the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt, ensuring safety and reliability.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically features a main pole height exceeding 18m, ensuring effortless electric elevation. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, secures itself in place, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamps are equipped with dual control modes: manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, ensuring easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device boasts a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel's elevation from a 5m distance, thereby ensuring their safety during operations.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the lamp tray’s junction box. This facilitates direct electricity supply for easy maintenance of the lamps.
All lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thus prolonging the bulb's service life. The construction materials, generally aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer superior corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
