The Impressive Configuration of Our High Mast Light:

1. The design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding processes to achieve the final structure. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a remarkable wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, our high mast lights incorporate decorative elements primarily crafted from steel. Each component, including the steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, is treated with hot-dip galvanization to ensure maximum durability and aesthetic appeal.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, incorporating an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, this system allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring swift and efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system is expertly designed with guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is automatically secured and locked in place by a reliable hook mechanism.

5. Our advanced lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. These lamps include metal halide options (white light) for both spotlighting and floodlighting purposes. A state-of-the-art computer time controller manages the switching time, allowing for either partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.

The underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter long grounding wires and is meticulously welded to the underground bolt, ensuring comprehensive safety and protection.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high mast lighting systems are meticulously categorized to suit various needs, primarily into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type usually boasts heights exceeding 18 meters, ensuring seamless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the operational position, the lamp tray ingeniously detaches and secures itself, allowing the wire rope to be effortlessly released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control options—manual and electric—ensuring flexibility and ease of use. This design allows the lamp tray to be raised or lowered safely and efficiently.
Expertly engineered for convenience, the lamp tray of our lifting high-pole lamps can be lowered to a safe height of 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating straightforward maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead wire, allowing the operator to manage operations from a distance of up to 5 meters, guaranteeing optimal safety.
For added assurance, every lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is positioned correctly, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other connects to the lamp tray’s junction box, enabling direct power supply for hassle-free maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All our high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively warding off dust and rain to extend the bulb's lifespan. Robust materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel are employed, offering excellent corrosion resistance and ensuring durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
