2. In addition to their functional framework, these structures incorporate decorative elements primarily crafted from steel. Components such as the steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all protected with hot-dip galvanizing, enhancing their durability and aesthetic appeal.
3. The electric lifting system is a robust assembly featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, along with a cable. This intricate system allows the interior of the lamp post to facilitate a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. To ensure stability during operation, the guiding and unloading system is ingeniously composed of a guide wheel and guide arm. This configuration ensures the lamp plate remains steady without lateral movement during the lifting process.Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can automatically descend and lock securely using a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system is highly versatile, accommodating between 6 to 24 lamps with power ratings of 400 W or 1000 W. These are available as metal halide lamps, providing bright white light, suitable for both spotlighting and floodlighting purposes.
